Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage sales, marketing, or development teams (as applicable) to meet or exceed performance targets.
2. Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and clients.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
5. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and external meetings.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver large-scale projects.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. CRM and real estate ERP software proficiency (., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
2. Experience in both residential and commercial real estate is a plus.
3. Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation.
