Designation-Senior Sales Manager
Location - Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai
Minimum work experience - Minimum 4- 5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
Responsibilities :
Meet prospective clients, give product demonstrations/presentations and share
awareness on the value of the product.
Meet Managing Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
Analysis of sales data and timely submission for further assessment
Error free Report generation
Work collaboratively with the sales, finance and CSM teams and establish a culture of continuous process improvement
Should have interest in Business development for products / solutions.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
On-boarding new apartments for SmarterHomes will be a major KRA.
Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
As the sales manager, you will be a consultant to our customers in your location of operation.
Your focus will be to acquire new customers, develop references, generate leads and own the sales pipeline.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of SH products
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Developing and maintaining a relationship with the clients.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target regional markets.
Representing SH at conferences and networking events.
Domestic travel - up to 60%.
Work effectively with internal support departments (Sales, Marketing and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
You will also work with our channel partners to ensure they are successful in their pitches.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree/MBA with a good academic track record.
Valid driver's license (2/4 Wheer)
3-4 years of direct sales experience
