Role Details : Generate new business for the Bank in accordance with the defined targets for the Business Development Team.
Overall Job Description :
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Achieve the Sales Targets (SA/CA) set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix
- Handling a team size of 10 and above and taking care of entire region
- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psycho graphics for his/ her assigned territory
- Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.
- Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
