Responsibilities of the position:The person will primarily assist Director-Commercial / Sales based in Delhi and will be responsible for following activities:
Relation with customers and sales
- Bringing sales & generation of new enquiries, submitting technical and commercial quotation, collecting data, conduct market research with regard to product, price, competition and sales of Bulk Milk Coolers in India. Conducting Pre-order and Post order Technical discussion and coordination with the customer and consultant.
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing customer base and increase networking and aim for niche marketing. Assisting in formulating business plan and sales forecasting for development in his area in consultation with Director Commercial / Sales
- Preparing, updating & maintaining monthly MIS for the orders booked & delivered & outstanding details.
- Ensure that no payment failure occurs in the areas in charge & follow-up for payment from the clients
- Complete our knowledge about milk production of various customers and fill information as per customer data sheet
- Meeting with new and existing agents or dealers for sale of Bulk Milk Coolers in the areas in charge.
- Represent Serap while going independently to meet prospective customers, also for tender submission and negotiation
- Creative thinking and Innovative ways of increasing the sales
- Inform and update the company (written report) of the activities undertaken by him.
- Inform the company (written report) of any problem which could hamper the growth of Serap in India
- Inform the commercial team of new projects of BMC
- Help customers,By Timely visits
- Co-ordinating with the technical staff
- Updating people about different Serap activities.
- To be available by phone during weekends and after working hours for any important official call and messages.
- The job sometimes also requires working on weekends/holidays due to Exhibitions / Tender Negotiation calls etc.
