● Handling clients for key residential projects in Pune,
● Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients,
● Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and
closing transactions with clear understanding of the market,
● Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales,
● Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader
business targets,
● Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve
velocity and volumes.
Relationship Management
● Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
● Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing
customers to achieve business goals.
● Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing their
requirements and resolving issues if any.
● Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate
channel networks.
● Driving sales through various dealer networks.
Activations Management
● Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new
leads,
● Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers,
● Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the
portfolio,
● Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments.
● Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and
booking data.
