Job Summary

VMR Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations in Varanasi. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives.

Set performance goals and monitor team progress against targets.

Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify and tap into new market opportunities to expand the customer base.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly.

Conduct regular visits to high-value customers and potential leads.

Performance Monitoring

Analyze sales data and generate reports on team performance, market trends, and challenges.

Provide regular feedback to the management on sales activities and outcomes.

Implement corrective actions to improve underperforming areas.

Operational Efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Manage budgets, travel expenses, and other resources effectively.

Facilitate smooth coordination between the sales team and other departments.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
