We are urgently seeking a Sales Manager for our company. In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and related products is required.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Set clear individual and team performance objectives, regularly monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
o Ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals and adapt to market changes as needed.
o Identify client needs and offer solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports.
o Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in Automotive Sector. Salary: Competitive base salary (Approx ,000/-) + commission/bonus (based on performance)
