Sales Manager Job Description
Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed enrollment and
revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the
beauty academy's programs and courses.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in
beauty education to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
Oversee student recruitment activities, including open houses, information
sessions, and other outreach efforts.
Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective
operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide
constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development
opportunities to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of beauty
programs.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an educational or beauty-related
setting.
A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the beauty education industry and its trend
