Job Description:-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales who will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of Planetspark. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for education technology.
Key Responsibilities:-
Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy:-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Sales Performance:- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: - Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting:- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: -Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months of team handling experience in a sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Ed tech industry is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Willingness to work in Gurgaon.
