Job Description

Job Description as a Sales Manager, your Primary job function includes the following:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in the product or service.

Address customer concerns and objections to overcome potential barriers to a sale.

Coordinate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of sales.

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process.

Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target customer profile.

Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
