- Oversee the management of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry into the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads and their progress.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyse sales reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with additional regional language skills being a plus.
