We are hiring Sales Manager Real Estate, who can meet HNI and UHNI (prospective and existing) clients - understand their requirements and close the deal.
Candidate's Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector or any Premium product or Luxury Sales.
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
-Contact potential clients from provided or own generated leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
-Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients, providing comprehensive tours and highlighting key features of the properties.
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
-Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective clients.
-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
-Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, developments, and best practices.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and prospects.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and improve outreach strategies.
