Salary: 22 K to 65 K monthly fixed (Depending on Candidates) + Up to ₹9 LPA Incentive based on Performance

Key Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Manager with our real estate channel partner team, you will:
- Identify selling possibilities and thoroughly assess customer needs in the dynamic Bangalore real estate market.
- Cultivate extensive project and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- Personalize purchase opportunities to meet customer needs and wants.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos on new launch projects and services.
- Skillfully negotiate and close deals while addressing any customer complaints or objections.
- Prioritize superior customer service, emphasizing brand experience and customer engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales projections, consistently achieving company and individual targets.
- Collaborate as a team player, upholding company policies in customer service and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Follow company processes and procedures for lead management and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Kannada is optional.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Valid driving license and a two/four-wheeler.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
