Roles & Responsibilities: - HL / Lap/ BL

Responsible for calling on the Quality leads generated by the company for Home Loan product, end to end responsible from login to disbursement.

Should be able to understand various business profiles of self-employed & non- professionals.

End to end complete customer assessment by visiting his business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude.

Ability to understand customers' needs, explain various products and convince them about the product offerings.

Responsible for taking care of all the home loans requirements such as Home Loans documentation, Project Updates to customer, Site Visits, if required.

Provide all the relevant information to the customer during various Lending Cycle.

Provide all the Project approvals, financial, technical documentations as required by the bank or any financial institute.

Establishing strong credibility between the organization and all leading financial institutions.

Active counselling to home buyers on the potential of home loans and options available.

Pursuing the files shared with banks for faster processing.

Checking the CIBIL report of the customer.
