Sale of residential properties in Central Mumbai, Thane,

Navi Mumbai & KDMC.

Intermediate negotiation processes, advice clients on

market conditions and prices.

Playing key role in faster decision making & finalizing the

property in the best interest of the customer.

Understand client’s requirement and propose property

that suits them best.

Prepare comparative market analysis to estimate

properties value.

Scheduling, accompanying and conducting site visits and

following up with prospective buyer till closure through

managing daily routine calls.

Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are

addressed.

Job description

Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the

sale.

Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status

reports to provide timely updates to the Head of

Operation

Maintaining strong rapport with past and present

customers to enhance reference pool.

Achieving weekly/ monthly assigned targets.

Coordinating with the Developer to have updated

information about any modifications in status of service,

pricing and new launches.

Being abreast with the developments in the residential

real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro

& macroeconomics of the sector.
