Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the
sale.
Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status
reports to provide timely updates to the Head of
Operation
Maintaining strong rapport with past and present
customers to enhance reference pool.
Achieving weekly/ monthly assigned targets.
Coordinating with the Developer to have updated
information about any modifications in status of service,
pricing and new launches.
Being abreast with the developments in the residential
real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro
& macroeconomics of the sector.
