Meeting and Engaging with Channel partners on a daily basis.

Planning and Execution of multiple Channel Partner Events during Pre-Launch, Launch and Sustenance.

Planning and execution of Promotional Activities, Campaigns, Events, etc with Key Channel Partners for their customers.

Responsible for Outbound Meetings and/or closure of Deals.

Preparing and maintaining Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.

As a Real estate sales manager have to maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.

The sales manager will help team members to reach their full sales potential, support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
