Job Description
Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and convert corporate and leisure clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue and occupancy rates for the resort.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
Revenue Management: Implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Event Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute successful events and promotions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
