Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales of Cycles, Accessories and Services
2. Store Management: From keeping the Store tidy to arranging and planning the display of items with the help of Staff Members
. Resource Management:
. Handling of Technicians and Helpers
. Should be able to supervise and command the work from the Technicians
3. Inventory Management and Reporting
. Audit and Keep track of all items in store
. Daily Audit of Cycles in store
. Weekly Audit of Accessories in Store
. Monthly audit of Parts in Store
. Ensure all items on Display has a Price tag
. Set Critical Levels against each item and report the items crossing critical levels on Weekly Basis
. Forecast the requirement (Cycles/Accessories/Parts) for the upcoming month and provide the quantities well in advance for Pre-ordering
. Keep track on consumption of Service necessities and report it in monthly closure.
. On Demand Purchases: (Conveyance Allowance for the same would be provided)
. At times, there may be a need to pick up items from Stores in Bangalore. Should be ready to travel and collect the items.
4. Customer Handling
. Items Sales and Service Sales and Issues arising out
. Maintain customer details of all walk outs & order loss and ensure closure on those entries by Weekly follow ups with them.
. Request the Customer to rate On Google immediately after sales
. Delivery of Cycles to customers on demand basis only
. After Sales, Service and Support
. Ensure to capture all the issues from Customers while coming for service requirements and pass on the same to the technicians and ensuring the complaints are addressed before delivery
5. Cash and Petty Expense Management
. Daily settlement of Cash, Credit and E-Wallet Settlements
. Deposit of Cash in Banks
. Keeping track of all petty expenses incurred
6. Marketing and InStore walk-In Handling:
. Design and publish Posters in all Digital Platforms like Faceb
