4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or

exceeding sales goals.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales techniques, and client needs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; familiarity with Google Analytics and

sales reporting tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for property showings and meetings.
