Job Description

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets for real estate projects.

2. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the companys client base and project sales.

3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales objectives.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and real estate agents to drive long-term business growth.

5. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract finalization and post-sale follow-up.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, advertisements, and branding efforts for real estate projects.

7. Conduct ongoing research on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and project positioning.

8. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

9. Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining positive customer relationships.

10. Work with project managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales expectations and project delivery.

11. Organize ongoing training programs to keep the sales team updated on new real estate projects, sales techniques, and market trends.

12. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through paperwork, project details, and timelines.

13. Develop and manage sales budgets for each project, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for promotional and operational activities.
