Job Description

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets within construction, mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.

- Lead, mentor, and manage sales, service, and operations teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide regular training to enhance product and industry knowledge.

- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Approve pricing strategies, key quotations, tenders, and major client negotiations in line with company policy.

- Ensure smooth execution of projects, timely delivery of machinery, and efficient after-sales service.

- Coordinate with logistics, service, technical, and finance teams to align operations with customer commitments.

- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, support, and problem resolution.

- Prepare and manage budgets for sales, operations, and marketing activities.

- Ensure adherence to legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies, especially in terms of equipment safety and environmental norms.

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the heavy equipment sector.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and provide updates on key business developments.
