Job Description

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for construction chemical products.

- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals, providing guidance, and conducting regular training sessions to ensure optimum performance.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Product Knowledge and Consultation: Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and performance benefits, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's offerings.

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.

- Budget Management: Manage the sales departments budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing sales campaigns and marketing efforts for maximum ROI.

- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.

- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches that align with market demand and customer needs.

- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all sales processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies related to construction chemicals.

- Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback to continuously improve products and services.
