Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Secured SCF (Supply Chain Finance) and Secured TL (Term Loan) products to potential clients.

Understand the specific requirements of clients with extensive distributor networks and tailor the product offerings to meet their needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and effectively close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially those with a significant number of distributors.

Provide ongoing support and timely assistance to address client queries and concerns, with a particular focus on security-related matters.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the secured SCF and TL space, continuously enhancing product knowledge.

Job Location: Delhi NCR, India

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year proven track record in sales, particularly in the distribution sector (FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, etc), with experience serving enterprises with a large number of distributors.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Strong understanding of supply chain finance or working capital solutions is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey

complex ideas.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
