Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets, considering market trends, competition, and customer needs. Plan and forecast sales volumes and revenue for the sales team.

Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure they achieve their individual and team objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.

Sales Process Management: Establish and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Implement sales tools and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.

Sales Training and Development: Organize sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and sales techniques.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Set sales budgets and objectives and monitor the sales team's performance against these targets. Control expenses to meet budgetary constraints.

Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.

Dealer and Distributor Management: Manage relationships with dealers and distributors, negotiate contracts, and ensure they adhere to company policies and sales targets.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses to senior management. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
