Job Description: B2B Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth and forge corporate partnerships in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and engage corporate clients, develop B2B sales strategies, and generate leads through research and networking.
Corporate Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain partnerships, negotiate agreements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis: Analyze trends, competition, and opportunities to recommend growth strategies to senior management.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, market performance, and partnership outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, including government tender management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
