Responsibilities:
Conducting field visits to promote products/services.
Travelling extensively to cover assigned districts, spending a minimum of 4 days per week on field visits.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, particularly focusing on tender processes.
Identifying potential clients and developing strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales revenue.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, including sales visits, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
Knowledge of tender processes and government procurement procedures is a plus.
Valid driving license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
