Job Description:

• The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales team and drive revenue growth for organization.

• They will be primarily responsible for revenue generation, developing & implementing various

sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and exceed sales goals.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement

corrective actions as needed.

• Attend F2F meeting at client office or Residence.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and other stakeholders in the real

estate industry.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
