Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by selling our innovative products and services tailored for the merchants. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics related to payment products. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries where our products can add value.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from our payment solutions. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Engagement:

Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our payment solutions effectively. Conduct personal presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our product offerings. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Customized Solutions:

Collaborate with the technical team to understand clients' unique requirements and ensure the proposed payment solution align with their business goals. Work closely with clients to tailor solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Regularly analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
