Job Title: Sales Manager - Enterprises

Location: Various Locations

Company: JRS Global Network

Salary: 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 CTC (as per experience)

Job Profile:

JRS Global Networks is seeking an ambitious, confident, and tenacious Sales Manager -

Enterprises to be responsible for achieving sales objectives across India. The ideal

candidate must be entrepreneurial-minded, have a go-getter attitude, and possess

strong business acumen. Energetic and proactive, the Sales Manager must be able to

combine various wired and wireless sales and business development strategies to

develop market share and win key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for enterprise clients.

Identify and target potential enterprise clients.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Sell networking equipment (LAN, VPN, wireless/wired solutions).

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Provide technical product knowledge and support.

Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of experience selling wired and wireless products/solutions.

Background in distribution is preferred.

Experience selling wired and wireless products and solutions to Tier 2 partners in

the enterprise domain.

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.

Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused on goals and objectives.

Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding sales

quotas.

Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.

Must be able to communicate effectively (spoken and written) in English.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in enterprise sales.

Strong knowledge of networking products and solutions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage and drive sales targets.
