We are seeking two experienced and results-oriented Sales Managers to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad & Mumbai (North-Central India). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in engineering or related fields, with the ability to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Drive sales growth in assigned territories and manage sales projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
Provide technical support and solutions to clients.
Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering mechanical/chemical or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Service especially in Power Tools or in Infra.
Proficiency in Telugu (for Hyderabad), English, and Hindi.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
