Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue tify new market opportunities and areas for growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and representatives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance for improvement. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Market Penetration and Expansion: Identify and approach potential customers to promote AAC blocks and related lop partnerships and alliances with distributors, dealers, and channel ore new avenues for product placement and distribution.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and financial targets are sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management yze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements related to AAC blocks. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
