Job Summary:
The Tech Sales and Support Manager in a US Process is responsible for leading a team of technical sales and support representatives in a business process outsourcing (BPO) company. The manager oversees the sales and support operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service, achieves sales targets, and provides technical expertise to customers based in the United States. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of technical sales and support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity and growth.
2. Sales and Revenue Management: Drive sales initiatives, monitor sales targets, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals. Implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
3. Customer Support Management: Ensure the team delivers prompt and effective technical support to customers, resolving their issues and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
4. Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company, staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements. Provide technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their knowledge and skills.
