About the Company:
Falcon is an emerging startup specializing in the global export of antique products.
The Role:
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local manufacturers of antique products within your designated zone, including areas like Roorkee, Moradabad, and Saharanpur.
Your responsibilities will extend to order management, efficient packaging, and timely dispatch of orders to customers.
You will oversee coordination with the chosen logistics company for the successful delivery of products.
Managing the Alibaba platform to achieve monthly targets will be a core part of your role.
Regular submission of both weekly and monthly reports is expected.
Travel will be necessary to engage with manufacturing partners.
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer skills and effective multitasking ability.
Good Communication Skills, Able to commute to different cities. Managing time well and negotiating effectively are important. Making connections with others and using technology are valuable.
Displaying personal commitment, effort, motivation, and initiative in all business interactions is paramount.
Additional Requirement:
Education: Minimum bachelor's degree required.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi (speaking) and functional English skills (speaking, reading, writing).
Mandatory Documents: Driving License, Bank Account details, and Aadhar Card.
