Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls. Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects. Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing followup calls. Must explain to the customers about the proper details of teh property.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Showcase the features and benefits of the land or plots and address any questions or concerns to the customers.
Communicate with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget etc.
Provide detailed information about available plots, including location, size, amenities, and pricing.
Initiate and maintain communication with the customers through various channels such as phone calls, messages and in-person meetings.
Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
