Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Involve in direct sales, conduct regular site visits and close deals.
Nurture leads from the beginning to finalization of deals.
Introduce the product to prospective clients in all forms of media through call, chat, emails etc.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong hold over the product portfolio with great convincing skills.
Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
