Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

€¢ Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company.

€¢ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

€¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

€¢ Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

€¢ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

€¢ Involve in direct sales, conduct regular site visits and close deals.

€¢ Nurture leads from the beginning to finalization of deals.

€¢ Introduce the product to prospective clients in all forms of media through call, chat, emails etc.

€¢ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

€¢ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.

€¢ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

€¢ Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

€¢ Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Strong hold over the product portfolio with great convincing skills.

€¢ Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

€¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
