Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
-Conduct gym tours, showcasing Cross Fit Studio Gym services, equipment, and programs to prospective clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed.
-Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to the sales team to improve performance.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive membership growth.
-Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Skills Required:
-Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with fitness center operations and membership sales processes.
-Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
