What will I be doing at CR Properties?

Sr. FSM is Senior Field Sales Manager.

Sr. FSM is a very important part in our organizational hierarchy.

Sr. FSM is that who recruits a team of FSM's & generates sales through them.

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?

1. Sourcing candidates through referrals and different hiring platforms

2. Team Building

3. Recruiting Field Sales Managers to make the team.

4. Give training to the team members and look after their KPI

5. Achieving the target location wise by following KPI

6. Motivating the built team and helping them to achieve the target.

7. Take ownership of his team performance.

8. Maintain a good relationship with existing clients.

9. Take necessary actions if the team is not performing.

10. To maintain the smooth operational process.

11. Sending the team attendance to HO
