Urgent Requirement For Sales Manager

Job Description

Execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue through effective marketing and sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized interactions.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Ensure effective merchandising and presentation of branded clothing in-store and online to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.

Monitor inventory levels, track product performance, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment and availability of stock.

Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and retail operations, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations is desirable.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.

Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
