Profile - Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for the assigned region or market segment.
Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements:-
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
