Sr. Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our dynamic Sales and Marketing team within the real estate industry
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, generating regular reports and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure our team's knowledge is current and relevant.
