Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Strategies:
Create and implement sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Performance Tracking:
Set individual and team KPIs and monitor progress.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
