Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor and train team members, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Opening & developing franchise outlets across AP and Telangana.
2. Identifying interested parties, meeting them and convincing them to take franchises.
3. Devising ways to increase profitability of franchises.
4. Set up the franchising model. 5. Generation & Closing Leads for Franchise Sale.
6. Responsible for activation of Mapped Franchisee, Servicing and Training of Franchisees.
7. Responsible for Meeting targets of revenues through franchisees.
8. Responsible for Generating new revenue through franchisees.
9. Ensuring the working of franchisee databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
10. Responsible for Interaction with franchisee for support.
11. Responsible for Cross selling products through franchisees.
12. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
13. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
14. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
