Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate investors, and key stakeholders. Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to meet sales targets.

Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is equipped with the latest information and tools.

Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management. Track team performance and sales trends to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Collaborate on promotional campaigns and special projects.

Market Research: Conduct research on local real estate markets, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
