JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES MANAGER
1. Achieve sales targets
2. Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
3. Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
4. Contribute to growing market share.
5. Build a strong sales pipeline.
6. Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
7. Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.
8. Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
9. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
10. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
11. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
12. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
13. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
14. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
15. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer need
16. Addressing client complaints or concerns
17. Discovers and explores business opportunities.
18. Filling of business proposal/tender online and offline
19. Willing to travel as per business requirements
20. Experience from security services or Defense background would be preferable
21. Ensure team members are meeting deadline.
22. Conduct site surveys and attend site meetings.
23. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
24. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
25. Developing and performing effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to target potential customers
26. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a hectic sales environment.
