Provide tailored insurance solutions and excellent post-sales service.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
Participate in promotional and marketing activities to boost brand presence.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
Handle documentation and follow all compliance guidelines for insurance sales.
