Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Monitor and improve sales performance of the team by tracking key metrics and addressing underperformance.

2. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors or agents.

Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve challenges.

Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

Provide tailored insurance solutions and excellent post-sales service.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.

Participate in promotional and marketing activities to boost brand presence.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.

Handle documentation and follow all compliance guidelines for insurance sales.
