We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record of driving sales results and leading a successful team. This role will involve hardcore sales activities, including making calls and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales team members.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Actively participate in sales activities, including making calls, conducting demos, and closing deals as needed.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is required.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
