Job Description

Urgent opening for Sales Manager in Building Material Manufacturing Company @ Chandigarh Location.

Experience -10 years in Building Material Sales

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Science (./ .), and MBA in Marketing.

Salary - 10 Lacs per annum

Desired Profile: The candidate must have the required qualifications and experience in handling maintaining architect/

customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports (independently) in previous organisations.

Desired Experience:

- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques,

- Must have worked in the building material industry preferably fenestration,

- Must have been a consistent employee in the previous organizations.

Job Description:

- Achievement of set target for a financial year,

- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

- Conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc.

- Coordinating with Project Management Department and keeping the customer informed about their order via the

post-sales team,

- Working with the territory’s sales team to develop sales strategies,

- Engaging channel partners and their management,

- Helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,

- Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,

- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses,

- Maintaining architect and client relationships,

- Learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,

- Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,

- Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc.

- Training own team members and delegation of own tasks to ensure successorship and individual,

- Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skill Sets:

- Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,

- Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,
