Responsibilities:
Generate leads and proactively identify potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, and other marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about available residential properties in our portfolio.
Arrange and conduct property site visits, showcasing the features, amenities, and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing and operations, to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, preferably in the Pune market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler vehicle.
Sound knowledge of the Pune real estate market, including locality
