The Role
This is a senior role, reporting to the CEO. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:
Purpose:
To ensure revenue growth & business expansion through B2B sales of Clover products for aquaculture and waste water treatment, mostly under white labelling.
The key expectations of the role:
· Ensuring achievement of revenue targets for each vertical by:
o Identifying potential customers across markets & geographies
o Developing vertical/market specific sales strategies and ensuring successful implementation of the same
o Ensuring retention & growth of the existing customer base through excellence in relationship management & servicing
o Ensuring accuracy of forecasts/projections, sales plans based on strong understanding of the market on the back of market research and data

· Knowledge & understanding of B2B business.
· Knowledge & understanding of Rural & institutional sales.
· Understanding of distributor/channel sales strategies.

· Ability to deliver sales in a short span of time.

The Individual: (education and experience)
Essential
A Graduate degree.
7+ years’ experience in sales, with minimum 4 years in the B2B space.
Experience of having worked across markets/geographies
Desirable
Experience in the bio-tech industry.
