1. Work on growing a strong partners' network channel for Mumbai and driving sales through them.
2. Develop channels in a designated territory within Mumbai Suburban District and be accountable for business generated through these channel partners to meet sales targets.
3. Work on achieving targeted sales closures at the site and generate customer walk-ins from the qualified leads assigned.
4. Key task would be the conversion of assigned leads to customer visits and assist the conversion of visits to closures.
5. Analyze competitors' activities thereby devising strategies to suggest the management to counter the same.
6. Conduct secondary research to gather information from clients, channel partners and staff to analyze areas of improvement.
7. Assist in organizing and managing workshops and events organized by the management.
8. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
9. Interacting with clients to showcase features and attributes of products.
10. Helping customers to find their dream home.
Prior Experience
1 years of experience in sales (preferred)
Effective Communicator, Understanding Customers Needs, Solution Oriented, Leadership,Good negotiation , English and other local language Fluency.
